3D Group is located in Emeryville California, just across the bay from San Francisco. The company was founded in 1994 by two psychologists based on the philosophy that organizations and employees could only improve if they had valid, reliable data to prioritize their development. In 1997, we incorporated as Data Driven Decisions, Inc. (those are the 3 “Ds” in “3D Group”).
From our first day, our approach has been to provide clients of all shapes and sizes with expertise in leadership and organizational development with a strong emphasis on high quality deliverables, responsiveness, flexibility, and a touch of fun. That’s right; we actually enjoy what we do and we like working together! Our team of eight employees (plus a few contractors) is comprised of highly skilled and experienced professionals in industrial-organizational psychology, clinical psychology, community psychology, quantitative analysis, and human resources management. Every one of us is dedicated to quality and service with a smile.
