Dr. Rose is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist who advises companies and executives on leadership and organizational effectiveness. In 1994, Dale co-founded 3D Group, an Emeryville-based consulting firm with expertise in employee surveys, 360-degree feedback, and leadership effectiveness. Dale works with a wide range of client companies that include a top ranked US university, the largest foundation in the world, an international amusement parks operator, a $5 billion real estate development firm, several regional insurance companies, and an agency within the federal government. In addition to his work with larger systems, Dale coaches over 100 leaders one-on-one each year ranging from CEOs and board members to mid-level managers. He has authored more than a dozen commercial assessments for identifying and developing talent. Previously, he has held positions with Ameritech, National Computer Systems, and Acumen International. Dale regularly presents to local and national audiences, is widely published, and occasionally teaches a course in Organization Development at San Francisco State University.
