3D Group’s Employee Attitudes Survey measures employee attitudes about their workplace, the company they work for, and their specific job. The assessment provides a clear view of employee opinions that can be used to prioritize workplace enhancements, improve employee satisfaction, and increase productivity.
Survey Dimensions
3D Group’s employee opinion survey is designed to assess organizational issues related to the company as a whole, the job, coworkers, and supervisors. Additionally, an Employee Engagement Index is available. The following 5 core dimensions are covered in the survey. The survey questions are presented in random order, but the results are organized according to these 5 broad areas. Also, one open-ended question is included.
Rating scale: five point, strongly disagree to strongly agree. Not applicable.
