Harvard Education Letter features 3D Group: Using Research to Predict Great Teachers
June 2011 – The latest Harvard Education Letter features 3D Group as it describes a 10-month talent assessment project we recently completed with Uplift Education, a charter school network in Dallas, TX. For this project we built and validated a full suite of assessment tools for hiring teachers, principals, and administrative staff. The 3D Group team was led by Senior Consultant Andrew English, Ph.D., who conducted extensive job analysis and competency modeling to develop a large set of customized hiring tools and developmental assessments including 360-degree feedback, career progression roadmaps, interview protocols, job simulations, and a comprehensive candidate scoring matrix.
