Report & Development Planning

The Leadership Navigator for Senior Executives report is comprised of four sections.

  • Overview - an overall comparison of competency scores by source for each competency.
  • Competency Breakout Pages - overall ratings from colleagues, including direct reports and members of the Board of Directors.
  • Strengths and Development Needs - the 10 highest-rated behaviors as well as the 10 lowest-rated behaviors.
  • Narrative Comments - verbatim comments on both strengths and development needs.

There are several options for ensuring that senior executives process and utilize their feedback. A 3D Group Executive Coach may lead your executives through the feedback in the report by explaining, interpreting, and prioritizing the results. In addition, 3D Group Coaches are available to facilitate feedback and action planning.
