Professional Development Workshops
An assessment process often reveals common development needs for groups of participants. We offer professional development programs for managers and other employees to meet these needs in a group setting — or to respond to other training issues that you identify.

Our workshops typically deal with management and leadership issues, such as transitional skills for first-time managers, managing conflict, delegating, and coaching skills. We begin with a thorough needs analysis for each individual and the group, then work with you to develop an appropriate program. 360 Degree Feedback Workshops
For many employees, a one-on-one coaching program is not appropriate or practical. To help a group of employees get the most from their 360 Degree Feedback in a supportive, focused environment, 3D Group has developed a several workshop options. These are all designed to integrate with our Leadership Navigator® series, but can also be effective as stand-alone offerings. Call us, and we'll tailor a workshop to your needs.

  • Participant Feedback workshops help up to ten feedback recipients understand their results, set goals, and create individual development plans during a four-hour session.
  • Train-the-Trainer workshops give your HR staff the tools to facilitate feedback in one-on-one sessions with managers through a two-day program of instruction and role-playing.
  • Custom Workshops can be designed to meet any needs specific to your group or your organization.
