3D Group Company Values
We keep our promises.
We meet or beat deadlines. We provide high-quality services, and do not over-represent our qualifications or the results we can deliver. If we promise confidentiality, we keep this confidence.
In practice: We set deadlines that allow us to deliver high-quality work on time. To ensure success, we make the appropriate resources available to complete the work in a high-quality way.
We admit our mistakes.
If we err, we proactively address this issue with whomever was affected and work to quickly resolve the problem.
In practice: When we identify the source of a mistake, we take the extra time to document why it happened and anticipate how to prevent it in the future.
We seek truth.
We report data accurately and fairly, with no purpose other than to present the facts as objectively as possible. We view feedback, both positive and negative, as an opportunity to learn.
In practice: When analyzing data, we draw conclusions based on statistical guidelines and scientific methods. We do not allow personal preferences to affect our interpretation of the data, or adjust our reports merely to present results in a positive light.
We trust others.
When working together or with other individuals and companies (including clients, vendors, competitors and partners) our first assumption is to trust their words and their actions as having the best possible intentions.
In practice: If a client has agreed to the cost and scope of a project but has not had time to draw up the necessary paperwork, we have been known to take them at their word and start the project before a written contract is completed.
We do no harm.
Our actions are intended to facilitate development, not harm. If an employee or an organization can be harmed by a choice we must make, doing the least harm possible is the rule.
In practice: We don't reveal the identity of survey respondents to our client contact person (or anyone else) as this may have negative consequences. Employees need to feel safe in providing critical feedback about the organization or other employees without fear of punitive action.
The organization is the client.
With very rare exceptions, organizations are our clients. We do not do work solely to advance individual agendas within an organization.
In practice: When designing and implementing projects for clients, we focus on how our efforts will positively impact the organization, and how our results can be used for organizational benefit.
We avoid conflicts of interest.
We stake no claim in the outcomes we assess. When a potential conflict of interest arises, we put our client's interests ahead of our own.
In practice: We do not provide any incentives for individuals within our client organizations in exchange for giving us their business. When evaluating the effectiveness of a program, we do not form opinions about how a program should be delivered - hence we have no vested interest in how a particular program is implemented.
We are serious about values.
We will not work with or employ individuals or organizations whose actions are not consistent with 3D Group's ethical standards.
